Home Visits

When you call, we will arrange to visit your home at a time convenient to you. Dave will come and sit with you in the comfort of your own home, discuss your particular needs and then suggest a number of realistic options based on those needs and your available budget. If you've never used a scooter before, we will also bring a trial scooter so that you can have a go on one in your own street.

No Pressure

Dave does NOT believe in high pressure sales. We genuinely believe in the concept of a satisfied customer. We will listen carefully to what you have to say and treat you with respect. We will only show you the options that we believe are suitable NOT the ones that make us the best profit. We will explain everything in a clear manner and allow you as much time as you need to digest the information and make a decision.

Free Insurance and Warranty

All our new scooters are sold with 12 months free insurance and a manufacturer's warranty backed by our comprehensive maintenance service. We believe just like with a car, insurance is important for your peace of mind, providing cover in case of injury to a member of the public or damage to property.

Free Training

When we deliver your scooter, we will provide free personal instruction on using it so that you feel confident to go out on it straight away.

Affordable Prices

As we don't have a showroom or salespeople, the price that you pay does not have to cover overheads and commission. We can therefore offer scooters directly at a very reasonable price.

Friendly and Personal Service

We genuinely believe in a satisfied customer and good old-fashioned personal service. We're definitely NOT a face in a suit and we want you to pass on our name and number to friends and family, not have to tell them a horror story!
